1.  You purchase the correct software for your phone and install a small application to your phone

2.  You can monitor both Incoming or Outgoing SMS

3.  You set your LIMIT either by total number of texts sent or received, or maximum messaging cost

4.  You set the llimit for the WARNING time

5.  AND THAT IS IT!  From this point on, you will know with certainty what your SMS costs are!

To make it even easier to CONTROL, you can choose to BLOCK any messaging once you hit your limit, or you can just keep track of your costs with each message.

In fact, with all the focus on Texting and Driving, you can even BLOCK the ability to SMS for a period of time!
